Digital Registration fee - £325. This is a flat fee, independent of stand size that is charged per stand and includes listing in our product & sevices directory.
VAT – This is charged on all fees, except insurance, at the Dutch rate of 19%.
Insurance - £232. All exhibitors are required to carry insurance for at least £2 million public liability. We can provide a policy that gives general cover and meets this requirement or you can make your own arrangements and provide us with a copy of your policy. This fee will only be charged if you request us to provide you with insurance. A copy of the cover we can provide is available on request and is automatically supplied to anyone requesting us to make arrangements on their behalf.

Walls – The stand will be build of wall panels measuring 250cm x 100cm.
