Eizo Nanao Corporation (EIZO) is a leading manufacturer of high-end LCD monitors for such fields as radiology, digital photography, financial trading and now air traffic control. EIZO entered the ATC industry in 2007 with its acquisition of Tech Source, a well-established manufacturer of graphics boards and other visual solutions for ATC. In 2008, EIZO acquired the monitor business of eg-electronic, a highly-regarded manufacturer of 2K x 2K and other monitors for ATC. EIZO offers an extensive selection of monitors in standard and widescreen formats with sizes ranging from 15 to 30 inches. The complementary product line of Tech Source allows the two companies to provide a complete line of graphics solutions for ATC. EIZO maintains its own R&D, quality control, and manufacturing facilities so it can keep close control over its production quality. This translates into higher reliability and allows the company to offer a five year warranty for most of its products. EIZO is based in Japan and listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE: 6737). The company is represented in more than 60 countries by a network of subsidiaries and distributors dedicated to providing professional service and support.
